Mcdonald's - East Mesa

This place looks horrible inside. Everything is blocked off or barricaded off. Registers are closed they won't even talk to you. So you're forced to use the touch kiosk...OH but they don't bother to wipe them down after they've been used either. Ice coffee was gross, the food was tasteless. Should close this place for lack of interest.

Fries were super hot n fresh!!! I don't eat much fast food.

Employees act like they hate their jobs. They 're rude. Terrible customer service. I told the lady she put one cheeseburger on my order instead of 2 hamburgers. She fixed the order itself but didn 't trade out the cheeseburger for my 2 hamburgers. So I was still charged for the cheeseburger. When I was getting my food the lady slammed the window and said have a nice day when I wasn 't even done talking. If you don 't like your job then don 't be there?y 'all ask for 20 an hour yet hate your job. Makes no sense. Just quit then

I went inside to order something so I could use the restroom. Poor customer service, no one to greet you or work the front register. Shady characters in the lobby and outside the restaurant. The fries were dark, may have been slightly overcooked. The Coke tasted flat. I wouldn't recommend dining in, might have a better experience going through the drive thru.

Dine in hours are random just like the McDonald’s quality. Drive thru only, well after 0500 lobby door closed
