Fran's Place - East Mesa

This place is now called Goldie 's. Note that the prices on menu are incorrect. Menu states dinners come with choice of potato, fresh vegetable, soup or salad and a roll. I asked for baked potato with butter I got a potato that had been baked sometime previously and reheated and had to ask again for butter. I also had to ask for the roll. I chose salad over soup and I feel that salads should be served fresh and without wilted/rotted greens the salad greens had been stored in too cold of area or were old as I removed rotted greens from both my husband 's and my own salad. The fresh vegetable was coleslaw and that too could have been fresher and had less dressing. The restaurant was clean, service friendly and good. They do charge extra for credit cards. May give them another try but not right away.

Great place for comfort food ! i have tried the cabbage rolls , chicken ala king, fish n chips , homemade soups . highly recommend. the servers are friendly and fast

Food is delicious! Not just saying it cause my father in law is one of the cooks?
