Mcdonald's Oxford Road Drive-thru

Waited in the drive through line for almost 30 min. The staff member who handed us our order was less than friendly. We ordered a happy meal and received no kids toy. They were also out of Fanta which they only let us know at the window when collecting the order. On a positive note the food was hot.

Place looks tiref and run down. Not a pleasant ecperience. Service was not the best and meals ad per the menu not available. Had to ask for salt and ketchup which wad reluctantly provided.

My family and myself stopped at this establishment on the evening of 03/04/23 based on the BIG 24hrs sign and upon exiting our vehicle we were approached by the security to state that the fast food franchise was closed, despite the fact that it has a big 24hrs sign right below the McDonalds sign (FALSE ADVERTISING), apparently that 24hrs is only affective on Fridays and Saturdays (as per the security guard), NOWHERE does it state this anywhere on that sign or on the building as far as I could see, MAYBE you should remove the 24hr sign and put your trading hours in it's place.

Drive thru took approximately 30 minutes. The drive thru attendant with Crew ID 100 switched of the microphone box while I was ordering and came back 3 minutes later without any explanation why. At the window she had an attitude on some she got to me didn't she. No apology no nothing. The overall service of this McDonald's is deteriorating.

Waited in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes. They did not have stock of our initial orderS. Only the very basics were available to order. None of which were the specials that were promoted. Staff were politely trying to deal with the effects of poor stock availability and grumpy clients.
