I ordered via UberEats this evening from your branch in Southernwood, East London. Platter for one. This was the worst meal I've ever had from your franchise. The food was oily, over cooked and the portion was tiny. 3 small strips of calamari, tough and tasteless. Baby prawns, tough, overcooked and bitter. The hake was dry and tasted bitter. The chips were stale and the onion rings soggy. The one tartar sauce is off as it was fermenting! This WAS HORRIBLE! The food was thrown away.

I ordered 2 Crunchy Hake Strips Box and only one was delivered to me, I called to find out what happened and if they can deliver the other one unfortunately for me, they couldn't because the driver already left so I had to go fetch my order, I received my order only to find out the cool drink is not there, I'm not going back again for the drink they can keep it. The poor service I received today was incredibly bad.

Fish was oily, chips burnt and no lemons on the package.

Food nice but the mussels were not nice, not cooked properly

Just bought platter for 4 and there were no coleslaws.
