Dictionary definition of mediocre... Ordered a chicken souvlaki, touted as their signature dish. A forlorn, untoasted pita bread arrived with a sprinkling of tomatoe relish two rubbery, stringy chicken kebabs on it. The chips tasted like they 'd been cooked in the fish oil. The village-style, double thick yogurt [which the waitron could not explain] was sweetened, normal yogurt which did not complement the kebabs. Could not finish... The other meal, a thin-base margarita pizza arrived more as a garlic train than a blend of cheese tomatoe sauce. Amazingly, one half of the base was burnt while the other half was still doughy. Also not finished. I will add that the waitron was very sweet accommodating...

I haven’t even had their meal but the waiter by the name of Ronnie is the worst waiter ever.We literally waited for our food for 2hours and he didn’t even bother to update us.Two tables came after us and they got their meals and even left us here without our meals.What’s so difficult about pizza, chicken and ribs?It’s how rude he is and wouldn’t even bother updating us or asking the kitchen how far they are with our meals!Im legit disgusted at the service especially being a visitor,honestly these are places that will get you feeling like Joburg is much better when it comes to service!

Ordered the top of the range burger on recommendation from my waitress. The beef patties were terrible. They were chewy on the inside and burnt on the outside. Lots of inedible cartilage. They didn't ask how I wanted my egg, and it was well cooked would have preferred medium. The bacon was unfortunately tough. I wasted most of the burger, except for the Avo

Café Neo is a very good restaurant, the food is perfect, the service is top tier and the atmosphere is the best. It's chilled vibes, everyone minding their own business.

Our waiter was extremely helpful, super attentive and friendly.i loved the vibe and energy from the staff. Would definitely recommend this place to eatthe food was delicious and we didn't wait for very long
