Ihop - East Lansing

We had a pleasant experience at this restaurant, despite the shortage of staff. The manager apologized for the inconvenience, and the hostess at the front was welcoming. Although there was a wait, it was understandable given the difficult situation with impatient customers. The food was consistently delicious, and the hardworking staff did a great job, even when working double shifts.

The dining experience was average, but our server Ronnie truly stood out. Despite being underutilized, they handled everything smoothly and never missed a beat. Unfortunately, some of our dishes were only lukewarm, but had they been served hot, they would have been exceptional. Additionally, the cheese on our omelet appeared to have been haphazardly thrown on top rather than properly melted.

We received excellent service from Ronnie M. He was friendly, attentive, and extremely efficient. Despite the restaurant appearing understaffed, Ronnie's exceptional service made it unnoticeable. The restaurant was also very clean. The food was delicious, especially the Double Blueberries pancakes!
