Elle's Taikitchen - East Hertfordshire

This was my first trip to Elle’s kitchen and this will be my last. The starters were over cooked and the sweet and sour pork was awful. Of the 9 or 10 tiny pieces of pork, 4 of the were pure fat. Think it’s time for a new chef.

Absolutely horrible food curry was so thin looked like soup no taste tasted reheated from night before would not recommend this place been throwing up within a hour of eating would not even try complete waste of money charged me more than priced on menu

Fantastic food the best I've had in a long while, great menu choices the garlic prawns are extremely tasty. Very helpful and friendly staff. My only complaint is I live to far away to use it more regularly, please open a restaurant in Surrey. Very pretty restaurant.

I ordered takeout for myself and my friends. The person on the phone confirmed my order, but when I got home, some dishes were missing. I called to ask for a replacement, but the person on the phone was rude and insisted the mistake was mine. My partner went to pick up the correct order, but the staff at Elle's Kitchen were disrespectful and accused my partner of lying. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially considering we spent £70 on our meal. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again, even though it is our local spot. Very disappointed with the experience.

The service from Best was excellent and the food was delicious and well-prepared. I was surprised that the restaurant wasn't busier on a Friday, as the experience was amazing. I recommend trying the Thai white wine, it's very good. I look forward to coming back. Thank you.
