Waiting 15-20 minutes for a bowl seems to be the norm here, even if I’m the only person in the store. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

If i could rate this location 0 stars i would. I went to this location and waited in the front area for around 10 minutes to be served and none of the employees came out from the back. i had to call the store phone and ask for someone to come out of the back area to actually serve me. these employees are entitled and just dont care, which is proven by not even keeping an eye on the door. the only way i’ll ever come back is with a pickup order.. but who knows if they’ll even see that since they cant be bothered to actually get up and do their job.

Worst customer ever. Rude and ignorant. Serves cold protein a day claims that's standard and listed on their menu which it's not. Manager Karen is equally rude. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
