Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

The pizza is great everytime I take one home. I had their Papa Murphys favorite and it was like a Supreme pizza, I usually don 't like those because it seems like the dough in the middle never gets completely done and crispy, well that pizza turned outperfect! Good prep work makes a great pizza!

This place is a cluster F$ !!! I don?t know why I keep going back!?!? I guess I keep thinking it will be different, but it?s always the same. They alway mess up the order, place is always dirty, nothing is ever ready within the 30 min they say it is,and honestly, the pizza at this location is disappointing. I?ve been to many different locations all over but this one is justbad. Service is bad, store is dirty and staff is way undertrained. This WILL be my last time this location gets my money!!!Done!!!

The last few times haven't been as good as in the past. Long wait times on orders. Mixed up orders. The ingredients aren't as flavorful. I hope thos is just a pandemic problem that corrects itself soon.

Over 2 weeks ago I order a family special. Silly me didn't know you have to bake this pizzas. Called immediately and cancel my order and was told will receive a refund within the next days. Found today Papa Murphy's did credit my account, so called thelocation at Eagle River and explained the hold story. I'm very pleased they honor my purchase after 2 weeks! I did have a couponon hand and they add the extra 3rd pizza. I'm glad I found this location. Everything was sparkling clean and pizzas was ready togo.

I normally like Pappa Murphy's in Eagle River. I didn't at all last night based on the service at pick up and the pizza itself. The pizza had too much oregano, basil, garlic, as well as the sauce tasted off. We like oregano but it shouldn't dominate thetaste. Very disappointed.
