So on 4/13/24 we had a birthday party for my 3yr old son. We purchased the birthday party package which supposedly comes with a dedicated host. We saw this so called host less than a handful of times. Food was great but the service sucked. The manager is more focused on surveillancing what customers are bringing in vs if their employees are doing the their job properly.

Food is Great! One thing I noticed, Game Room Manager just stands there like a security guard with his arms crossed instead of helping his employees. They are young, in high school still. Get it together sir. Team Work makes the Dream Work.Can't keep good employees when your not one yourself. Food for Thought.
