Bidrage med feedbackI used to like Wendy 's. As a person who doesn 't care much for fast food,, from the food to the service, Wendy 's used to stand out as the 'least like fast food. '. Lately however, it 's really gone downhill. The staff has become at best, incompetent and at their worst, some of them have just been downright rude. They can 't get orders correct, and worse than that, is that the management staff will refuse to admit to their mistakes. They might offer you some kind of concession, but it definitely comes with a side of Will that shut you up? attitude.
Sat in a drive through line wrapped around the building completely. Didn't move for over 7 minutes, so I left. As I'm leaving, there isn't even a car at the window. This place is a joke. First time I've been here in months, and still the same terrible service as before.
I ordered a 5 dollar biggie bag. It always comes out cold so I have to ask for it to be cooked with extra crispy nuggets and no salt fries. This time I received it hot, but my crispy sandwich had tomatoes on it, I asked for it to be fixed, they said they were making it, they hand it to me, I open it , it's a burger!. I go back to get my sandwich and the chiense lady is telling me to return the sandwich and how I needed to return it. Excuse me, I'm not the one messing up the order, so please don't take it out on me . I'm just trying to get what I paid for!! My recit doesn't have tomatoes but they're making me out to be the bad guy yelling at me. No thanks. I always have problems here!!
Can't go wrong with Dave's double. UPDATE. 2 times in a row now. Missing items. 2 Baconators no bun. Where's the BACON????
We went there on a Friday at 11:10 PM. It took 40 minutes from the time we entered the drive thru line to when we pulled away with our food. The burgers were dry and cool. And the fries were soggy and not hot? I would not be too concerned with waiting for our food for 40 minutes if the food didn't taste as if it was waiting as long as we did to be served.
