Visiting Durango for the first time. Saw this place online when planning the trip. Stopped in today when we arrived to check it out and have a beer. The room and the people were great. Made a reservation for dinner. Food Service were awesome. Very unique room. Worth the visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We looked for a primo evening spot for after a family wedding rehearsal. Derailed Pour House was the perfect solution and then some! The atmosphere, ombiance, cocktails, nourishment, and service were absolutely next level. Brian and Jen were given the daunting task of serving our incredibly challenging family and their wild requests. They both stepped up and crushed it in the most professional manner. Pour house disappointed us. My girlfriend and I ordered a couple hamburgers. She got the Bacon Cheddar burger (on a lettuce wrap) and i got the Mash Burger. The Mash Burger is meant to be a smash burger with two smashed patties, but both patties were very thick and very over cooked and dry. My girlfriends burger was meant to be medium rare but was also very well done. Our server was very kind and helpful although there was a bit of a wait. We ended up getting a refund for the food because we didn’t eat much of it. Wouldn’t recommend these burgers, although there may be other parts of the menu that are great. Cool atmosphere and helpful service, but we were disappointed by the food.
