Carmela' S - Dunnellon

Really the best tasting food in the city. I bring my teenagers to Dunnellon twice a year and dinner here is ALWAYS a must. It is a rustic, seemingly family-run restaurant with very friendly service. But the food is indisputable. SUPER fresh, delicious, tasteful food. Our last trip ordered Manicotti, Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and a Pesto Pasta- amazing. We're always coming back here. Our groups are: 47, 15, 17, 18.

The food was crazy. The cream of mushroom soup is exceptional. The French dip was full of taste and the chickens Caesar packaging was huge and delicious! If there were 5 stars, the service would have been better.

Update: 12/29/2018 Not much has changed since my last visit, which is a good thing! There are still very good food and service. I recommend the Manicotti! Portions are suitable for the average person. Basic prices and a good house wine. Upgrade to 5 stars from the 4 stars I left on my last review now that I tried the restaurant more closely and found that the quality is consistent. Very recommended! Older review: Good pizza, nice salad bar, cheap prices. The waiter was efficient and polite. I would definitely return.

We're definitely going back. I lived here for two years and never knew they were there. Her wedding soup is really good and her main meal, you get a big portion. The service is very friendly both from the server and from the staff. One of the better places I was on site. we ordered a Sicilian pizza for tomorrow, and they were brilliant and baked only halfway, so tomorrow it will not be dried. If you want excellent service and great food, check them out.
