Whataburger - Duncanville

I ordered a #12 and this is what they gave me it looks like they chewed the chicken and then just threw on the bread the most gross chicken sandwich they have ever given me the sad thing is I saw it when I got home and is far from home its not even worthit to go complain hopefully everyone gets to see this check your food before you live whataburger you never know what surprisethey will give you 0? and they also took my irder wrong instead they put #2 on the receipt they change my sandwich but theystill charged #2 my worst experience at this place

Location: Duncanville, TX on Camp Wisdom Rd. I received my order through drive through and the french fries were cold. I got out of the car and went inside, I gave the fries to a young man and told him they were cold. The young man preceeded to dump thosesame fries back into the fryer. I asked him not to do that and do the right thing. Another young man begin to tell me I didntknow what I was talking out. I asked for the manager, the manager apologized and told me he woukd bring the fresh fries out tome. After 5 minutes, a young lady brought the fries out, to my car. After I thought about the potential cross contamination andhow many times this could have happened before, I was just sick and theew the fries away.

It was a late night/early morning stop, but they were short staffed and the young guy working wasn't very professional or helpful.

A Texan for 5 years and this is my first time eating here.Needless to say...placed my order in drive thru...did not receive what I ordered.That order was replaced with another incorrect order.

Was in the drive-thru line almost an hour ?The young lady taking orders kept cutting me off in the middle of me sentences, which was very unprofessional.
