Boston Market - Duncanville

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. No food ready. They told me 15 min for turkey! Other food like creamed spinach was not even lukewarm. Chicken was super dry. Lemon chicken was a joke (teeny tiny cup of lemon sauce poured over reg chicken for a dollar more Smaller portions, no customer service, they didn't even seem to speak English or just badly trained. Had to ask for Napkins etc. Awful! I remember being at the first store opening out in Long Island, NY and that was just when they had chicken and it was sooo good. Now, it's for the birds!

I just wanted my sweet potatoes to be fought with the sweet potatoes.

I don't know what happened the day I visited, but there were no food on the line. everything was in the hot box or refrigerator. I haven't been there since, but in the past, this restaurant is really very good.

The sweet tee at this place is not really sweet tea, it is a glucose overdose with tee extract. I had to dilute about 8 ounces of sweet tees with 22 unnoticed tee so that it can be drinking. the warming platform seemed to be broken so that all sides and scrub cakes were in the warmer. the maisbrot was delicious. the chicken was warm and tasty, but a little dry for dark meat. the pancake was a big disappointment. the flesh was dry and laborious, and everything in it was muddy. the employees were polite and respectful.

Today I came to lunch and I want to give credit where it is. woman jadd was so friendly and very professional and her team was also beautiful. big job
