Ordered the BBQ Bourbon Lodgeburger with Lodge Chips. Portions were huge! Very tasty burger! Never had the Lodge Chips before, I loved them!

Chicken Tenders with Fries: The fries were not fresh, but reheated, making them soggy and limp. They might taste okay if they were fresh. The Mr. Lil' Mikeburgers with Fries could use some ketchup, and the buns were dry.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The steak was cooked to perfection and the portions were generous.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The Sweet Heat Panko Shrimp turned out to be plain shrimp with cocktail sauce, not what I was expecting. The Fresh Tomato Bruschetta was not presented well, as all the toppings were on one side of the box. On a positive note, the Veggie Chinatown Stir Fry was delicious.

There was an error in my home delivery. When I called, the manager Nicki took full responsibility as per training new staff. She was empathetic, very professional and fixed the issue. Nicki then went above and beyond. The meals were delicious as always and I will continue to eat here…eh we were all new at one point.
