If I were in corporate or management shoes, I would reward or increase every employee on site with a bonus. There was a problem with the Dominos ordering system, and the staff was overrun with orders and customers with incorrect pick-up times. I want to let the management team and the company know that the staff treated the stress exceptionally well. Every employee I saw and interacted with was helpful, friendly and understanding.
I will be fair and say that my review is based on an experience where it took over 45 minutes to start my order after I placed it online. I've been following it and I haven't done anything for 45 minutes. And of course it was not delivered for another 45 minutes. What triggered this review is actually the fact that I sent a review to Dominos on their request and never heard anything back, not even a simple, ?we?re apology, we apologise to us, we?ll work to get better? Everything and everything, delivery drivers are always polite and usually punctual, but I think the business staff / management could need a training.
Customer service was terrible. I called and as soon as the phone answered, they stopped me. There was no agreement from me. I was in control right now. I was about 10 minutes in the waiting period. Then I got the dial tone. I called back and after the recording the phone was suspended. I called back five times and had the same problem. Bad customer service, worst phone system ever. Must be better. Article 2
Last time I tried to order delivery, I was told there was an accident and the pizza could not be delivered because the road was blocked. I was told my order would be canceled and my 2 free pizza piece of the pie coupons would be put back on my account. When we tried to redeem the two pizzas, the manager on duty told my wife he only saw one pizza on his order screen and repeatedly told her that he was not going to give her two free pizzas. The guy actually took the opportunity to upsell my wife a large pizza for $7.99 because the medium cost more more than a large, despite the fact that it was supposed to be free. My pizza coupons were never reapplied to my account, and come to find out, I was never refunded for the order the day it was canceled. How is it possible to cancel someone 's order but still have the charge show up on their credit card? And what happens when you try to correct a problem and you are just repeatedly told, no, you are wrong like you are some kind of petty customer trying to get free food? The food quality at this location is very inconsistent, I am often schooled by drivers on what is and isn 't extra cheese, despite having worked for a Domino 's for several years. Take better care of the cheese and dough! The pizzas are good but definitely not 90 's Domino 's good.
Order here for years and always have a good experience. Although I have already shared a Google rating, I think it is important to know that they still do a fantastic job. Even on the days when it took well over half an hour to get a pizza, it was hot and well prepared and I had never delivered anything other than pleasant driver at home. Thank you for feeding my family over the years!
