Tres Bistro - Dumaguete City

I absolutely adore Tres Bistro. The atmosphere, service, and air conditioning are all fantastic. Our go-to orders are the bacareta, fried chicken, cucumber slush, spicy shrimp appetizer, and potato wedges. The staff is very accommodating, especially with our daughter who has autism. We will definitely be returning again and again.

We were a group of five people and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered the fried Lapu-Lapu with black bean sauce, which was freshly made and not from a can. This restaurant is a must-visit for delicious food.

Visited this place with friends. Ordered chicken cordon blue and back ribs. Both food are good for sharing. I wasn't able to taste the cheese tho in my cordon blue but it was so meaty. They don't have high chair for kids.

Since there specialty is shrimp ceviche and I’m allergy to it. I order garlic soup which was oily. And spring roll with garlic in vinegar sauce. I order there specialty which is spring chicken that is 15 days old as I was told by the waitress. Which came out with the same sauce as the spring roll. The food are bland but if you deep them in the sauce. They would taste the same, sour. I would say food are so so.

Service: 4/10 u should ask someone every time!! Interior: 5/10 good but battered, bad restroom. Food: 3/10 everything was bad! Drinks: 1/10 awful cocktails and shakes!!!
