Huge fan of their smoothies and have been getting them for years now almost every week. Customer service is classic Chinese meaning, straightforward and move on. Nothing wrong with that.

I believe there has been a change in ownership because the signage for ChaTime is gone, and all that is there is Mai Bakery. My bank statement shows Mai Bakery instead of ChaTime. They do have a $0.25 charge for credit card payments. I wanted a Thai milk tea with no toppings, but they only offered a Thai pearl milk tea which was pretty much Thai tea and boba. Because I wanted no toppings, the cashier said it was still the same price with or without the boba. Okay. I decided to just get the boba, even though I'm not a big fan of boba. I got two drinks, the signature milk tea and the Thai pearl milk tea. Total came up to almost $10. When I got my drinks the Thai pearl milk tea was the darkest color of Thai tea I've ever seen. It was not tasty. Just watered down Thai tea and whatever powdered creamer plus boba. Would not recommend. Please take your money somewhere else. I only came here because my grandma was thirsty and wanted a sweet drink.

This place has employees with attitudes and no customer service minded. They know you are standing there but they don 't quickly assist you or acknowledge that you are there. They should at least say, Sorry.I 'll be there to customers. This super market is really filthy and smell awful. I won 't go back anyway.

Got the signature milk tea drink 50 sugar And iced coffee 70 sugar.The iced coffee was strong like Vietnamese coffee. I thought 70 was perfect. Sadly, their signature milk tea tasted too diluted with milk and not a lot of tea flavoring. I could have done 70 sugar on this one. The bubble consistency was excellent!The staff was really knowledgeable on what sugar I should get.
