L'Aouzine - Duilhac-sous-Peyrepertuse

Great place to have a meal after visiting Peyrepertuse Castle. The food was very fresh and tasty and the garden is beautiful and very relaxing. Very friendly staff.

Simple but delicious food, welcome, I recommend the Lavendel panna cotta Dessert and our meal of the day was hearty good home cooking for very reasonable price

What a fabulous place, I just loved the hippy vibe and the set up with the tables on their private little 'islands '. Very relaxed, and even though the day was hot as anything, we managed to keep cool under the shade from the trees. I...had one of the best burgers of my life here, and the fries were better than anything I 've ever tasted. There was a decent choice on the menu, including some healthier stuff, but this really hit the spot for me. I would have returned for dinner but they were shut by the time I tried to (at 930pm).

We have spent many holidays in Duilhac. Every year we keep coming back to this very nice place on the road to the Peyrepertuse castle. L'Aouzine is a very charming and colorful restaurant. They serve snacks, icecream, tapas and a plat du jour. Everything they...serve is very fresh and of fantastic quality. The meat comes from the owners farm. I especially like the owner's great eye for detail. The food looks as good as it tastes. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch, diner or just drinks!
