Overall a friendly environment, customer service is splendid and incredibly helpful, however this location tends to be quite busy during certain times, often with lines extending far into the street, if you don't mind the wait and some prices it's great! :

The staff is very helpful and always has a smile for them, nothing is much annoyed

The staff was wonderful, but there were a few times when my order was incorrect. I would like to extend my gratitude to the lady who searched for a reusable cup for me. She was incredibly friendly and even offered to hold onto a page for me when she found one.

The lines can get quite busy, and it's common to wait outside during peak times. The service is fairly decent, especially considering the pressure the staff is under. At this location, you have the option to eat in or take away.

I often notice that the staff seems to be in a rush and sometimes starts preparing my order before I finish speaking. For example, when I order coffee, they quickly try to get it ready before I can even finish my request, without fully understanding what I want. There are also times when I try to ask them something, and they are already gone. However, despite this, the food is quite good.
