Most awful experience ever. Me and my friends ordered their Christmas food package for 25th December. We ordered two sets of food and the total cost was 150 euro. They promised me to delivery the food on Christmas day at 1 PM. We were waiting for the food and after 1 PM i tried calling them. They didn’t pick up the call even for one time and i was really disappointed. Not answering a customer call is really unethical and they were only responding to me through WhatsApp chat saying that the driver is on the way. We received the food after 3 PM and all of us were really hungry. It’s just 18 minutes from their place to my home. They took 3 hours for the delivery which is the first red flag. We forgive that and they didn’t took the delivery charge of 2 euro from us. Then when we tasted the food and all of the food was so nasty and we felt so regretful because of ordering from them. Non of the food tasted good. We can’t ate anything completely. We were really sad. The next day from early morning me and my friends showed signs of stomach issues and i was affected by diarrhoea. Non of us ate any food other than food from spice house santry. We all the seven people were affected by stomach issues and we contacted them. As they justified their side by saying some things but we were 100% honest about our pathetic situation. Giving a star to this restaurant is too much.... My recent experience with this restaurant is very disappointing. Foremost i got despaired by their awful delivery service. They promised to deliver the food at 1pm and were delayed by more than 2 hours. Communication during the delivery were lacking, they don't answer the phone calls. More than the delay in delivery, their absence of communication exacerbated the issue. Secondly by their nasty food. None of the courses they served found tasty. The dishes lacked flavour and seemed hastily prepared. Besides the taste, the quality of the food was also a major concern. Stomach issues were faced by 8/8 people after eating their food. My whole Christmas day was ruined by ordering food from here. I regret ordering food from this dreadful restaurant.

Ordered Bajis but was sent spring rolls that were terrible. Butter chicken was bland. Madras was the same and not spicy at all. Nann was soggy. Popadoms were the only nice part of the meal.
