A beautiful place with a feeling of alcove something?! eating was good, I felt that the part was small, my partner was not! I thought the service was slow, at the top, of some people who were disappointed. we will try again and see if this trend continues. overall a pleasant experience.

I booked at table by email for 4 people last Monday at 2pm. We arrived and we waited for about 3 minutes and nobody came over to look after, even though a waitress passed by twice without saying any word. We decided to walked in and sat down at a table which it did not say reserved. We waited for another 3 minutes, 2 waitresses passed by without saying anything again. I decided to call one of them when I saw him again and asked him if we could see the menu as the waitress did not offer it for us. I asked the waitress how many falafels I would get in my dish and he did not have a clue what a falafel was, so I explained to him what it was, what it was made off, how did it look like etc etc and then I said to him do not worry asking how many I would get. Another of the members of the family asked him for another thing I can not remember which it was in the menu and he said that he did not know, anyway he asked in the kitchen and came back. The 4 lunches, I believe, took more than 20 minutes to arrive at the table. The restaurant was not busy at all, when we arrived there were only 4 people having lunch, then a lady came on her own, and after when we were having ours a couple arrived. When we finished, I called the waitress again for the dessert menu. He said that he would go on his break but someone else would take the order. After a couple of minutes, we called a girl and we told her that we wanted one americano and a brownie, nothing else. She said that the kitchen was closes. What? She went to the kitchen and then came back and took the order. When the person finished her americano and brownie, I asked the waitress for the bill. It was broken down in 2 parts, the total and the taxes. I was confused, as I did not know if the taxes were included already or not, so I called the same waitress who finished his break, asked him if the taxes were included or not, and he said that he did not know. He went and asked somebody, came back and explained to me that

Food was fabulous vegan breakfast. There was a bit of a mix up with the order but they went out of their way to sort it and were very gracious about looking after the bill. Can't wait to go back.

It always takes ages for the waiter to come and bring the check. Even when trying to order, the service is a bit slow.
