Masala Restaurant - Dryden

During our road trip from Toronto to Vancouver, we came across this restaurant in a small town in Northwest Ontario. We were pleasantly surprised to find an Eastern Indian restaurant in the area. The experience at the restaurant was fantastic - the staff was friendly and welcoming. We tried their Momos, Shahi straps, and garlic naans, and the food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely make a stop at this restaurant again when passing through Dryden.

My partner and I had an amazing dinner at this restaurant during our 10-day trip through Ontario and Manitoba. I ordered the hot chicken pad Thai and my partner had the butter chicken, both of which were authentic and delicious with fresh vegetables and hearty chicken. The service was a bit understated due to a lack of workers, as most employees were at the nearby paper factory. The manager was on vacation, so a man served as the host, cook, and server. He was incredibly friendly and advised us on the situation and waiting time, suggesting the buffet if we didn't want to wait. Despite the wait, the food was definitely worth it. It was a great meal before Canada Day.

This restaurant serves the best momos I have ever had in Canada. They reminded me of the flavors from my home country. The service was outstanding and the owner went above and beyond to provide an amazing dining experience.

Very disappointed to find this restaurant that should be open at this time to be CLOSED. No message at the restaurant door and no message when I called on arrival.

Had Masala Restaurant for the first time. It was takeout due to Ontario Covid Lockdown. Had butter chicken and it was great. Chicken was tasty. Rice was perfect. Service was on point. I'll be back, probably tomorrow.
