Bidrage med feedbackAs a small, special division of a company located above the large pond, we were three colleagues in the Dresden office. Since this is relatively rare, we decided to go to the Köhlerhütte for lunch after 1.5 years. The OK of our boss in the bag we drove towards Weixdorfer Waldbad. The Köhlerhütte is located a bit behind the Waldbad and is very badly signposted. It is best to follow the signs to the Waldbad, from there it is only a few meters to the Köhlerhütte. Located on the edge of the forest, it houses a huge, cozy beer garden with various smokers and barbecue ovens, a cabin for family celebrations and the actual guestroom with a large porch facing the midday sun, which is glazed in winter. The guest room is furnished with simple wooden furniture, on which you sit quite properly. On the windows the individual tables are separated with wooden panels. The guest room is provided with large windows all around, so that the whole room is bright and flooded with light. On our arrival we were welcomed by a strong young lady in the Dirndl and led to a table. The menus were delivered immediately, and the order of three large Cola (0,5l a ́4,40 € was made at the same time. The Colas were served after a few minutes and we should express our food request. At the same time, we received a small greeting from the inn, which consisted of small baguettes, garlic tip and peanuts. The menu is clearly kept and gives back the usual Saxon dishes of our region. However, as the boss originally comes from Bavaria, this is not overlookable in the menu, and there are also some Bavarian dishes. In addition, a weekly card with constantly changing dishes was designed. Our youngest colleague chose a Wildgulaschsuppe a ́ 4,50 € and a Steak Sausage a ́12,90 €, my older colleague wanted to test the offered Ribs for 11,40 €, and the swab pan told me for 12,90 €. Shortly after the lady disappeared with our orders in the kitchen, they then heard the hustle and bustle of the same coming. It was knocked and bruised, which let us know that everything is freshly prepared. After about 20 minutes our colleague got his wild goulash soup in a terrine. This was provided with enough pieces of meat, the sauce was nicely dark and ally, and I was already a bit envious. After about 40 minutes our main dishes were served. The steak with sausage meat was a ca. 3 cm thick, juicy fried steak with plenty of spices and crisp pommes as well as a small salad dress. The Ribs asparagus lay across the whole plate, were spicy and smokey, the associated rosemary spices were spicy and also properly seasoned. Here again the usual, finished salad dress and some garlic sauce. My swab pan consisted of several approximately 2 cm thick, juicy pork medals, which were baked with plenty of cheese on Spätzle. The late lints were very plentiful and tasted like homemade, but already in half the pan I had to realize that I don't make this portion, which is actually very rare, and at most occurs in Greek. I fought bravely, but then I had to beat myself shortly before the end. My two colleagues also fought bravely, but managed to make their portions, but then they also pampered properly. We would certainly have done a decent perseverance and a lunch hour, but the work cried out, and so we paid €54.90, which we now charge to our boss. Overall, the Köhlerhütte is recommended, the service is friendly, but was not necessarily exhausted. The restaurant clean, but we didn't pick up the toilets.

Great food. Nice host from Bavaria. Come back. Rooms also nice, cheap and the breakfast good.
Were very often a guest last year and always very satisfied;
The best accommodation, super service and the best breakfast we ever had in our professional life, thanks for this beautiful year.
