I just want to say without this place I would starve! I work overnight, so thank you for being so late! The driver Chad is also exceptional! He always delivers my food on time and still hot. Even gives recommendations to try new products. And that's really appreciated when I consider that I have a certain diet that I have to follow. Cool guy! And will recommend this place to everyone!

Immigrant for a simple 8inch pepperoni. I'm going to 3 customers who get their big orders in front of me. An order ahead and the rest ordered on site. After asking for an update, the boy said you were and went to talk to the rest. No one said what's happening just that it's gonna be 6 minutes. . Errors happen and everything, but nobody bothers to make sure their apologies came. Bunch of kids just fn around

Gourmet damn right! That's really good pizza. I ordered from this place twice last week during my stay in Chicago. first night we got vegan pepperoni deep dish, vegan Mediterranean and vegan extra cheese bread. everything was properly cooked and the vegan marinara was for dying. in the second night we have two vegan vegetarians. one of them was soggy in the middle, either too many tomatoes or not cooked long enough. It was still good, but that was a bit disappointing. the biggest thing I would change, however, the vegan cheese. I work in a restaurant supply camp and we don't even sell Daiya. most pizza sites use Follow Your Heart. It is creamy where Daiya is plastic. still good, but I found myself a little queamic about the amount of oily soft cheese in the deep plate pizza. anyway the service was *incredible*. free delivery from the absolutely nicest drivers I ever met. the people who answered the phones were also very pleasant. I am very grateful for the extensive vegan menu with its many deep dish, speciality and meat alternative options. open late, affordable. chicago is happy to have this chain!

This place was fantastic. I'm milk-free for allergies and ordered the vegan pizza. It was absolutely delicious and if I didn't know I wouldn't have guessed that it wasn't really cheese/meat etc...

We order from here nearly 3x/month and just got the worst pizza order ever. The crust is so thin, the sauce is bleeding through and there is half the cheese there normally is. The crust is halfway down to the middle of the pizza. And when I called to complain, I got a nicer gentleman on the phone and when he put his manager on Derek, he said I could bring the pizzas back at midnight to their store for a full refund. Worst manager ever, worst customer service EVER. This guy should be fired. I have never had such a rude interaction with a place. I will never be ordering from them again. That's about $150/month out of the owner's pocket. Great job hiring.
