Chipotle Mexican Grill - Douglasville

Sat in line for an hour in drive through. You can’t get out once you get past a certain spot. Nobody came out to tell anyone anything. This country is doomed with this generation coming behind us.

Worst experience I've had with a chipotle. I went here when it first opened I didn't go again I went to a different one...drove the extra few miles cause the food always tasted better there, But decided to give it another shot and this happened everything I got was gross. Food was dry and had no flavor. And I get the exact same thing every time I get chipotle. The person that served us was doing the bare minimum because they were closing in an hour. The guy over filled the sauce I saw him dump it out cause it was too full but ig he did another that full it busted all in my bag. Got on my seats and floor. 0/10 experience

10/01/23 at 4:30pm. Only THREE (3) people working. Who ever owns this place is Horrible. The workers are handling it well. Hope someone steals these employees and places them in better conditions. One person inside making orders. Same person at register. One person cooking food on grill. One person taking and making orders in drive thru. The worst!

I live close to this Chipotle so I come there often. They are always messing up the food. If you go through drive through and order online they give very little food so you have to go in. They either never have chips or the chips are full of grease. Today, the cashier wasted all of my vinegarette in my bag and atp I’m just over it!

Delivery order-Chipotle on Chapel hill rd. Quesadillas were hot delicious. The ingredients were fresh. Sides- brown rice beans separated in thick corrugated lidded plate kept the quesadillas from becoming soggy. Chips salsa also fresh. Much better than Moe's.. no picture because we quickly wolfed it down. YUMMY!
