The concept is nice and we were very well received. However, we are talking about even artisanal pasta and the price-quantity ratio is average. It would take about 15% more quantity. This must be possible with a toppin system such as pistachios, parmesan or pinion for example at 50 cts or a proposal in XL format to maintain margin.
