I just would like to flag that your branch at Rooty Hill have sold ube hopias with green MOULDS already. When my husband went there to show them, the staff gave an excuse and said its food colourinh instead of apologising and taking accountability. It is very alarming that they are serving food to the public that potentially can harm their health.Frankly im sure you wouldnt eat it too or have your family eat it when you see it. It is not right. It could be a reportable incident to the food and beverages authorities. Please oversee this and take urgent actions to ensure your branches are selling fresh stocks that will not harm anyone.

If I could I would give a ZERO for this place! I brought a cake from here yesterday for my mother’s birthday. And I had a piece of her cake today only to find friggn green molds inside the cake. This is so unprofessional and my children and family ate the cake. This is disgusting I don’t know how you can run a place like this and to serve customers mouldy cakes!!!!! I should call the health department about this!!!

There bread is not fresh and they gave me an old one. 2nd time i bought bread here and their nread taste disgusting. My little one vomitted when she ate yheir bread. I bought from them because Starlight is on lockdown.
