Probably the best sushi in the area (but only because the quality of sushi is quite low in the area). I unfortunately am used to it very well because I hate all you can eat and instead I often go to Wabi Sabi in Pesaro, which for me remains the best and most authentic sushi within a radius of tens and tens of kilometers (and I say this after several trips to Japan), and therefore all the others are almost always a stopgap, in any case I appreciate the variety of dishes offered with even fanciful fusion combinations (not always successful) and the friendly service. The use of rice is a bit excessive, which sometimes results in exaggeratedly large nigiri and uramaki that are difficult to manage, especially when the rice is not properly pressed and everything goes to pulp. Medium-high prices.
