Dunkin' - Dolton

Order was as simple as could be 1 sandwich and two donuts. Gave me 1 donut and charged me for two. Like really what was difficult? I'm only leaving a review because this keeps happening.

Coffee is terrible on the overnights. The coffee isn't even hot. The person they have working is always screwing up the order. It also takes an hour to get a warm to cold cup of coffee..

Came around 12 a clock hooping some nice donuts and i was waiting by the speaker for 10 min. And i when i finally decided to come to the window I ordered what i wanted which they didn?t have so i got something else just for the worker to say the cashregister isn?t allowing him to ring me up. The manager left a new employee in the store by himself and he doesn?t know how to doanything

It's not fresh unfortunately and the taste is not good,,, it's not rich I thought the caster smell not good, I was really surprised and felt disappointed , specially I sent as a gift to my family,, hope the manager takes this feedback serious

Love the Blood Orange Refresher but they need to bring back lemonade to mix with it. Also please get some lemons for my hot tea this winter.
