Bidrage med feedbackIs this restaurant still open for business? I wanted to give it a try and stopped by around 11am on a Wednesday. The lights were off and there was no answer when I tried calling.
I went to this restaurant and ordered the salmon stuffed and jerk wings. I waited about ten minutes for my order, but when it was time to pay, I was told that they couldn't process my card because the lady, who I assume is the owner, wasn't in. Despite having Visa and Mastercard signs posted on the door as methods of payment, I was unable to use them. Sadly, I won't be returning to this establishment. This is not a good way to run a business.
This restaurant is a local, black-owned business where the owner doubles as the chef, and she excels at her craft. The menu is perfect for a small take-out spot and the food is excellent! My personal favorites are the breakfast dishes and the Turkey BLT. When I'm in the mood for take-out, this place is always a top choice. I've also had the pleasure of having the owner cater a few events for me and she and her team did an exceptional job.
