I'm a real fan of DD coffee, but this place is disappointing. I went this morning and there was rubbish in front of the register where they were judging the customers. When it was finally my opportunity to order, I pointed the garbage to the cash register (although she could obviously see it. instead of clearing it, she told me that another cartridge had left the garbage there. Okay, so it's clean. I ordered a black coffee without cream and an espresso. I have to go to my car, took a sip, coffee was full of cream. Very disappointed

So disappointed. I came here with a simple order. Iced coffee, dark roasts, 6 creams, 6 sugars and caramel swirl. Thanks to the mask requirement, I could not taste it until I went into my car and had to go back to repair my car. Just give sugar. Definitely not a caramel. And more cream. That was the worst. I never go to this place again.

I am a regular customer in this Dunkin ' and in no case I feel bad to say That's one of the worst dunkin' donuts I had. The order was so long. The young cashier tried to do all the work during the customer's intake. Two female employees just stared at them. The woman before me had a complaint about how bad the coffee was and the cashier apologized on behalf of the employee who made it wrong. This place needs better management and better employees. I give them 1 star rating just because it can be the lowest I can rate. On my scale it's -10.

Did curbside pick up only for no one to ever come out to my car. I watched customers walk in and out while I sat in my car. Ended up having to go inside to stand in line to pick up my order. No one apologized or acknowledged that they forgot about me.
