Excellent service. Perfectly made Peanut Buster Parfait and Blizzard. Very clean too.

Overall the experience barely met my expectations. The store was not clean, multiple tables had garbage on them. The hot fudge warmer was not functional so they were squeezing the luke warm fudge on the ice cream. Work area was very dirty near the toppings and blizzard machine. Parking lot had lots of DQ garbage laying around. If Chris Murphy (the maritime DQ area manager) took a trip to Digby DQ, they would be in trouble. There are very few options in Digby. This visit was a reminder why we only frequent this DQ once or twice a year.

Short staffed. The ones that are there work hard. However, it's slow service. I left without being served last time.

Had a birthday deal available which was redeemable through mobile as well as through the app. Took my daughter out after to supper to enjoy this with her only to leave disappointed. The workers wouldn't accept it even though it scanned through. Did it both ways and was given nothing nor an explanation. Dairy Queen you can do better. Won't be back at this location for awhile, if at all.

Sloppy food. 2 single cheeseburgers shouldn't have 14 pickles and 1/4cup of mustard between and all over them.the highlight should be the meat. I didn't order a pickle and mustard sandwich with a little beef. Make it right or don't make it!
