As always we did not have breakfast in the apartment on the day of departure. In the last two years, Ludwigslust was our breakfast stop at home. That's how it was planned on that day. The journey through Dierhagen, our holiday resort 2022 (current holiday resort of a dear GastroGuideCollegin that I warmly greet with this! ensured spontaneous change of plans. We came by the fish cough and we had not yet been able to buy a smoker fish as a carrier for my father. This failed in Zingst at an absolutely unfriendly businesswoman, we turned around on the heel in the store. The Fischhus Pavilion is located in the heart of a shopping center. Parking is therefore sufficient. . One step is to overcome the entrance of the terrace and the sales room with toilets. This early morning we were the only customers entering the sales room and had the full attention of the three employees for us. A young lady was just fishing. The complete range of fish is offered: fresh and smoked fish, fish salads and fast fish dishes. Freshly retired due to the long journey home despite the cooler. After we had chosen our smoked fish, we discovered the offer of fresh baked fish at € 5,50 each. A dream breakfast for me, my husband is a gray for breakfast, right? No gray! He agreed immediately. Little later we sat outside on the sunny terrace. The beer tent seating is absolutely sufficient for the fast snack. The freshly fritted baking freshness in a bun with salad and neat remoularde were brought and a good appetite desired. The hot and crispy frying fish was drained off. But as a light, low-fat breakfast, the “covered bread” did not go through. I had little doubts about the ride to the side. We enjoyed deliciously this farewell breakfast from the Baltic Sea for 2022 and there were no “benefits” on the trip. Fortunately, the unfriendly seller of fish and fine food Zingst did not make any sales. In the fish cough we bought a total of € 56,00.
