Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Didsbury

No one in restaurant, hamburgers were cold, fries not hot and half filled container. Not impressed at all.

Ugh there was way too much ketchup and mustard, just oozing out of the burger, and it was not the first time.

Got food poisoning, will be the last time going.I’ve had good interactions with staff, all pleasant when ordering and picking up food.

Love almost everything on the menu! Friendly staff too..

Horrible. I rarely rate any business this low, but after many bad stomach episodes, we finally narrowed it down to this Dairy Queen. we 've been going to Dairy queen for years elsewhere). Not sure if they dont sanitize or clean their machines or what, but the last time was it. Also, showing up 15 minutes before closing, they locked the doors and did not respond at drive thru! They ignored us yes they were there) and didn 't even have the courtesy of saying sorry we closed early! This is sad for our town. I like seeing work for young people, I solely blame the owner/management. We support all our local businesses and we tried, but Someone in management here should get an inspection done on the machines, and hire employees until closing hours.I hope things improve.
