Horrible service! We sat at a table in the bar; waited about 10 minutes and finally went up to the bar and ordered drinks. There were plenty of staff standing around. After 1/2 hour a server took our order. We saw our drinks sitting on the bar so I went and got them. We ordered 2 apps and after 1 hour; no food. We paid for our drinks and left without eating. So dissatisfied!!

Usually I enjoy going here, however there seems to be a shift. Very long wait that exceed an hour, food only fraction of the size and quality left a lot to be desired. Service was okay but didn't make up for the shortfalls at all.

This place was fantastic. we stay in hotel americinn and the girls at the reception recommend this place and we were not disappointed. fabulous eating the staff are really friendly, eating was fabulous and they get popcorn when they sit. I highly recommend it.

We stopped to eat. the bar area is large with much spread seating, so it did not feel crowded. the atmosphere is clean with many sports memorabilia decorating the walls. our server welcomed us with popcorn for the table, and our eating was quick ready. the fried potstickers were great! I ordered the chicken melt and was not impressed. the cheese was like a force-single instead of a more melted cheese. their boiler chips weren't good either. I'm sure there are other things that are better. overall no bad experience.

My steak was in order, but I had better. the potatoes were so cold that they would not melt my butter. the calzone of my wife was huge and she said it was great. server was very good although he said he was new. beautiful atmosphere
