The Red Zone - Diamondhead

I've never been to this place, but my mom was going and asked what I'd like her to bring home for dinner. I was really craving Gumbo and although I was sure it would not be great, I ordered it anyway. OMG! I was so wrong. I grew up in NO, and I neverfind Gumbo that in any way compares to my grandma's, but this Gumbo did!! Literally the best Gumbo I've ever had at anyrestaurant. It was so full of EVERYTHING. Absolutely delicious!

This place is disappointing. I’m not sure where to start with the complaints: the cleanliness, the service, or the attitude of the staff. I suppose being the only option in town gives them a chance to get away with it.

Tasty burgers! Plus, it's entertaining to listen to people who are really into karaoke—whether they're great or not-so-great. I admire their confidence for getting up there and giving it a shot!

The food is excellent and definitely worth a visit. I've been here a few times, and I've enjoyed both the food and service each time. It's a sports bar, so it tends to be a bit noisy.

This is a great local spot for a burger and fries! The tuna dip is excellent—possibly the best on the coast! I haven't had a bad experience here, although I should mention that the service can be inconsistent at times. However, the staff is always friendly!
