Bidrage med feedbackWhen I first visited this restaurant, I based my judgment solely on the customer service, which was terrible due to a rude girl. However, after receiving a recommendation on the Nextdoor app to give it another try, I decided to give it a chance. I'm usually hesitant to return to a place with bad service, but I'm so glad I did because it has become my go-to spot for Tuesday nights when I don't feel like cooking. The 1.89 2-piece chicken special is my favorite. The staff may seem a bit cold and rude, likely due to the high volume of customers, but I don't mind. Just order your food, grab it, and go. The chicken reminds me of my homemade te te's chicken - a little greasy but perfectly flavored. If you're not a fan of the extra grease, just blot it with some paper towels, add ketchup and hot sauce, and enjoy!
The drive-thru employee was very rude, failing to greet or thank customers. While I enjoyed the chicken, respect is just as important to me. Improvement is needed!
Grow up on the original Henderson chicken in South Dallas. Oh, how it has really changed. Greasy unseasonably chicken no fries. A family member told me it's the location you go to that makes the difference. This one is in Desoto. Even the customer service was poor ? bad attitude ?
Mr. Ronald Minnieweather arrived at the restaurant at 7:45pm on Sunday, 8/13/2023, to pick up a food delivery order. He walked up to the window but was not greeted by any of the six people inside the restaurant. Despite being seen by the employees, they did not come to the window to communicate with him and instead laughed amongst themselves. Mr. Minnieweather left at around 7:58pm without any communication or receiving his food. This resulted in a negative experience for both him and the person on the phone with him. The reviewer has also experienced similar negative encounters with the staff in the past, citing rude attitudes from some employees. Although the young female manager had rectified a situation in the past, it is unclear if she was present during this incident. The reviewer suggests that if the staff were prepared to fill orders ahead of time, they should have communicated with Mr. Minnieweather instead of leaving him without his food and incurring a penalty for cancelling the order. The reviewer emphasizes the need for improvement in customer service at this establishment.
Went to this establishment today this was my 2nd time patronizing this place the 1st time was ok this time attitudes was funky rude try to support OUR BLACK BUSINESS BUT TODAY I REALLY UNDERSTOOD WHY WE AS AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE DON'T. I ordered 3 wings with okra when I arrived at my house I realized that my chicken was luke warm as though it had been setting and it wasn't the side I asked for they ring me in for fries instead.I then returned it immediately I told the young lady with braids pulled up in a bun that my chicken was cold along with fries and the side wasn't what I asked for she checked my chicken took it out and actually felt it and told me she had just cooked the food herself and copped and attitude ask me for my receipt which I had that showed fries on there not what I ordered and turned around and charged me for the okra.PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES ALONNNNNNNNG WAY REVIEWS PLAY APART IN UR BUSINESS TO.I WILL NOT BE BACK MAYBE YOU SHOULD TALK TO YOUR STAFF ABOUT THE 7/11 RULE IN BUSINESS SO BECAREFUL WHO REPRESENTING YOU YOUR BRAND
