Sarpino's Pizzeria - Des Plaines

This is the best pizza place in town. There's never been a time that I didn't walk in and wasn't treated with respect. The customer service is impeccable and the ladies working behind the counter are always extremely polite. Over all just a very pleasant experience. Now, when it come to the food there is no question- amazing! My favorite item off the menu is the steak calzone and I always order a large! This is my go to place always open late, never a minimum order and when I order online I get my loyalty points, and the other day I paid like 4 bucks for 3 items. I'm sorry folks but delivery is always fast and this goes against all reviews here. I strongly recommend this place, if you love pizza and you love being catered to then definitely give Sarpino's a call!!

I suspect the negative reviews are motivated by alternate facts. The staff there was very kind. The pizza was very good Italian style. Being so close to Chicago I was hoping for Chicago Style as I am from out of town where we don't get it. The chicken wings were great. I like the bbq sauce baked on my wings like they do, not sitting on top. Anyway, I recomend this place.

The food was very reasonably priced. Po, who took our order was very friendly. She was patient and made to suggest other things on the menu. The portions was very good, according to the price, and was well made. They were close to the Motel 6 at O'Hare airport, and therefore, there was very little wait time for delivery as well. They had a large selection on their menu. I would suggest you try them if you are in the area.

Normally I have no issues with this location sadly today I never received my pizzaI even called before closing, and didn't get a answer.
