Bidrage med feedbackThey all have to open the escaping area again. they have not received our business for the last 2 summers, because no one in their right mind wants to wait through this journey on sw 9th for melting ice until the time they get it. listen to their customer reviews, many people say it. if nothing else switches the drive through and opens the dönning area again. they all react only to the reviews with generic testimonials as “so sorry, hope they try us again” of what I can see. until they actually fix the dinge that this place will go further downhill and lose customers.
Every time I go here, the teens are always piled to the front desk on their phones. the wait to order is like 30 min then they have to wait in the menu until they are ready to take their order, which in the rule 5 min then they have to wait in the line another 10 then wait on the window another 10. the ice they give them is already melting.
Ordered large reese takes 5 blizzard and got big reese drip butter cup blizzard half melt and overflow. at least 3 people there and only one work. 25 minutes to get through the line to get the wrong order and I'm not ready to wait another 20 to go back through the line
I ordered a frozen drink but received a watery smoothie instead. The consistency was off and it tasted different than what I expected. Both blizzards we ordered were already melted by the time they were served. The restaurant is located on a hill.
I ordered 4 blizzards and it took 20 minutes to receive them, but they were melted by the time they arrived. The cashier was rude, rolling her eyes as I waited for the rest of my order. The brownie chocolate brownie I ordered had neither brownie nor chocolate in it. There were 5 people standing around doing nothing while only 1 person was actively working. Overall, it was an awful experience and I would give it 0 stars.
