Gattara - Denver

As a very honest reviewer, thought this was vey mediocre. The pancetta for the carbonara was beyond salty, the bread for the bruschetta was over fresh and had a couple burn marks from whatever grill they have, flavor on the classica was garlic garlic garlic. Quiet as it's in a hotel but ambience lacking any real substance. They have a chefs counter for a pizza oven they don't utilize and sadly a very minimal happy hour menu for a hotel restaurant. Would give it 2.5/5 overall, so much potential
