Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Denton

The food has been good but I have had several bad experiences with the night crew. I got fajitas to go and after I got home I found no tortillas and the sides looked like kid portions for $17. I go there all the time during lunch and never have anyissues.

Nice and quick Tex Mex cafe. The interior is pretty cool. They have a salsa bar that is worth checking out. Ordering is easy and the food comes fast. It's reasonably priced and has good portions. The food is ok, nothing special. I did like their in housemade tortillas though. You can watch them make em through a window. The facilities were clean.

The food was less than amazing. The refried beans were dry and oddly cold. The tacos were nothing better than what you would get at a typical fast food Mexican chain. The only great part was the sopapillas. The service was good, but the food is not great. Idon't think I'll be returning.

I'm not supposed to be ordering to go so that I can clean it off the passenger seat. Stop putting broken hot sauce containers in my to go orders. Either get better containers or just stop giving hot sauce all together. I don't understand why this is sodifficult for this location to get right

Only went through the drive through h got chicken tacos and they were dry. Flour tortillas were good though. Ordered corn tortillas thinking they would be great but they were just a little above average
