I ordered two separate orders which came in one bag. Disappointing! If I have two different tickets, I should have two different bags. I requested onion ring sauce that wasn’t in the bag had to ask for it twice. When I looked at my fries, I had upsized to a large but got a small amount of fries that only half of the fry bucket was filled. They put fresh fries on top of the old fries that they gave me when I asked them to feel my fried bucket. And time and time again I go and I never get napkins. When I go to spend almost $15 per person and I upsize it needs to be upsized with a full cart of french fries and fresh ones at that. Very unhappy. if you make a mistake, you could’ve at least thrown out the old ones and giving me a full bucket of fresh fries. I won’t be spending my money at Burger King anymore. I understand we’re having a serious inflation problem but this is ridiculous especially if you can’t provide the service, you deserve that you’re paying your hard earned money for an overpaying at that. and the saddest part is my burger wasn’t even hot. It was cold. What happened to service these days?
Instead of screaming at me about a mobile order you can just send the refund like literally any other restaurant if you’re not going to take my order so you don’t waste customers’ time ?
