The Dunes - Denbighshire

This hotel is fantastic with great facilities and very clean. Val, the porter/receptionist, is incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant is efficient and entertaining, making the overall experience great. The head receptionist is also very helpful. It's a great place for a break and we will definitely return. My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. It was incredible. The meal was the best I have ever had, especially the salmon. The restaurant had a beautiful view of the sea. The room had a large, comfortable bed and great amenities, including complimentary bottled water. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We were only at the beaches for one night for my birthday, but we wish we had stayed longer! The staff was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more accommodating. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was unexpectedly spacious. It was very clean and had great facilities. The view was stunning and falling asleep to the sound of the waves made our stay so peaceful. Breakfast was included and delicious, and we also had lunch which was tasty and reasonably priced. All the food was of high quality.

I have just enjoyed a 3-day stay in the hotel, and I honestly can not praise or great this hotel and its staff enough, it was an absolutely amazing and very pleasant and relaxing, the staff was fantastic, so polite and friendly, nothing was too much for them that is wonderful to see. the hotel itself was clean and tidy all the time, even if they had refurbished and worked, it was left in an excellent manor. the room was open the eye, as I treated myself I decided to go for the superior room with sea view, I am glad that I paid the extra money for it, it was on the side of the hotel that had still much of the sea to wake up, I was very happy with the weather also so that I could enjoy yhe sun opening and sunset all of the comfort of the room was very comfortable

The staff are absolutely amazing!! Even did a lovely touch of even giving us an anniversary card. Full of smiles and happy to help. Jeff in the restaurant is the epitome of customer service and they also make a mean espresso martini. We had a gorgeous sea view room. On the other side is a view of Pontins. The room had everything, kettle, hairdryer, tv, complimentary water but did lack the finish that the rest of the hotel has. Overall can't wait to go back. Thank you
