Bidrage med feedbackI gave this place so many second chances. For the first time, I made an online order a little. I had a few changes so that not really much of them expected. I wanted to pick up my order and maybe just wait three minutes in the window and my food was brought to me. My first thought was, Yep, that was way too fast to have my order right. I came home to realize that it was exactly how I ordered it online, fast and hot! I would think about the renovation of this place, maybe the crew has made some other team building skills or something. I'm HIGHLY impressed by today's order. KUDOS!
In recent years, this special Taco Bell location has made enormous progress! I think they are the top notch when it comes to customer service. Every time I was there, I was greeted in a friendly way. I am always asked if I want any sauces with my order and whether the order on the screen is accurate. When I reach the window, I am again welcomed professionally and friendly. The food has also improved in taste at this point in recent years, there was a time for me not to stand this special place and the lack of care I felt went into her work, attention to detail and so. It's like night and day, so a positive difference.... It is so nice to see how people work there that really seem to be around their workplace and their customers that it shows! I'm a loyal Taco Bell customer now.

Wanted some late night snacks and was in a pretty decent mood, get to the drive-thru and the guy working promptly and pretty aggressively asked what I wanted and after a second because I was so thrown off by the response I said one moment. He blurted out no I don’t have a minute. Again I was a little thrown off so I asked if they were closing. He said at 10. Mind you it was 9, and the online hours state 1 am so forgive me for trusting that. But I just left and the worker glared at me from the window. It was a poor experience. Not like I had high expectations or anything but it really just rubbed me the wrong way. As someone who works in a customer service industry, If you’re so unhappy with your job you should just find something new. Management should take action, I see they have a few other similar reviews. 09/14/2023! Will be calling management!
This place is very unprofessional. If they are going to start closing earlier than the online hours that are posted due to understaffing i feel like maybe they should leave a message on their sign stating so. Not just a written message on paper taped to the drive thru speaker. Or just change the time online in general and with the exact time they are closing now at that. As a professional business i feel hours should be updated frequently and as much as possible and especially when their are staffing issues. But i guess it is just taco bell so there’s not much professional about this business anymore. I feel like when you work in customer service maybe it would be helpful to give specific times to better help their experience? I can’t tell you how many times ppl i know (including myself) have gone to taco during their open hours and they have been closed several hours before their website has posted. To be specific on the unprofessionalism, the last time i went and they were closed way before posted hours they said it was because of a crocodile infestation. Like come on. Let’s be a little bit more mature than that. If this place is just gonna continue to have problems i think it’s best for everyone to just close it down. Because it’s not worth keeping it when a majority of the customers just come back unhappy. Not to mention if the workers don’t quite care about being professional with their job then surely they don’t care about keeping it.
