Arby's - Defiance

Was very busy today. But the employees worked hard and fast to get the food. Staff at the checkout was very friendly and polite. Just a great experience!

I had the brisket sandwich and my wife a salad. We were both happy with the quality. Some of the tables had not been cleaned properly.

I really enjoy the food at Arby's. It's of a higher quality compared to many other fast food places. I appreciated that the drive-thru line was relatively short, which was perfect for my hurry. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake, as it took just as long as the much longer lines at nearby fast food restaurants. On the bright side, the food was great, and my order was exactly right. I had the turkey, bacon, and ranch sandwich, which was soft and delicious—definitely a generous portion; I usually only manage to eat half. The curly fries were tasty too. My son really liked his chicken meal, and he claimed the toy was the best part of any kid's meal he's ever had.

Having four employees at one location is quite a feat, especially during peak hours when the restaurant is crowded and the drive-thru is busy. That said, the four staff members currently working did an excellent job. Our food was prepared correctly and was served in a timely manner. Kudos to the great team!

The person who took my order, Elonjanae, was incredibly friendly and even offered me a free salad as a gesture of goodwill. I told them to let their boss know they deserved a commendation for such excellent service. I learned that their manager and district manager had recently left, which surprised me given how well they were running things on their own. These employees are doing an outstanding job and definitely deserve recognition and support. I'm so pleased with both the service and the food that I truly cannot express it enough!
