Bidrage med feedbackThe staff need to be more mindful of the details. Customers in the dining area can hear everything being said. There is no place for curse words in a professional setting. Additionally, turning away in-person paying customers because of a long online wait time is unacceptable. It seems like the store manager needs to be retrained.
I place a wing and fries order on 9/10 and it came out perfect however on 9/12 I placed another order for the same combo 10pc with regular fries. I pick up my order like normal get all the way home to find out they only gave me double fries and the friesthat where in the wing container had hot sauce on them as if I was supposed to take them as wings. People make sure yourchecking your bags bc these people ain?t working how they should!
The kitchen staff always seem stressed, despite having 5-7 people working back there. The cashiers are consistently on their phones and lack basic customer service skills. If you arrive even a minute early to pick up your order, they are rude to you. But if you are even a minute late, they scold you. It's confusing and chaotic. I do enjoy the ranch dressing, but I hate the overall experience every time I visit. Additionally, as I type this, both cashiers are openly texting.
I ordered delivery from this restaurant and two items were missing from my order. I was unable to reach the restaurant by phone to address the issue, and instead of receiving decent customer service, my order was delivered by a third-party service (DoorDash) that I did not order from. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times over the course of two hours with no answer, leaving me feeling as though I had been ripped off. I expect at least a refund for the missing items. It is unacceptable for a business to not answer their phone and provide such poor customer service. This experience was truly horrible.
Food is good but terrible terrible service. Cashier didn't even notice me come up as she was on her phone and didn't notice my food ready. Only when I asked 25 min later she apologized for not noticing my now cold food. Sad good food experience can beruined by bad service
