Great food. Usually prompt delivery. Workers are always friendly. The one time I had an issue with a slow delivery the owner was extremely amenable to making sure that it was remedied. My favorite fast food sub sandwich place by far.
I order catering for my company through this Jimmy John's. They're always on time. The food itself looks great (correct orders, sturdy boxes, etc). And the delivery drivers have always been pleasant. We enjoy seeing them! Thank you 53rd St. JJ's team!
That's my way. always consistent, friendly staff. many great rewards with their rewards program. I would recommend it. Oh, and get the pickle!
Ordered a sandwich for delivery. AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES LATER I got the nastiest soggy sandwich I've ever had!! I will NEVER order from Jimmy Johns again!
