Bidrage med feedbackUpdate: 5/7/22 Again Doug was attentive, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I are always treated like family when we come in. This time we tried the Duck Breast and the Pepper Crusted Pork Loin. We have our usual garlic salads (the best you taste) and frits, but this time we also ordered the lobster bisque. Zero regrets. Make a reservation, they get BUSY Mara and Doug were amazing servers- but honestly I never received anything less than stellar service in Duck City. Your specials are always worth a chance! Frites are a must. I come back and 11/10 would recommend
What a wonderful experience at Duck City Bistro for our date night. I ordered the New York Strip and my wife the Ahi Tuna as our main course and Artichoke Fritters as our appetizers. Delicious
Only eaten there four times. Each was a celebratory event. Food is fabulous and the Chef (owner) is outrageously entertaining in his oratory explaining the evening specials. Treat yourself to a unique night out. You deserve it, right?
While walking from the hotel to the conference a group of us were heavily distracted by the smell of the stuffed pork chops slowly grilling on the patio out front... Having carefully stepped inside, begged the staff to squeeze us in the following night we then spent time talking with Jeremy (the owner and head Chef) That following evening 5 of us descended upon the restaurant for a late sitting (8pm) and what an experience, good grief. The 5 of us have, all told probably traveled to over 100 counties between us, and mid-way through the main course we were trying to work out where in the global culinary list this place fit. It's crazy, it's the middle of the **** corn fields and this simply should not exist, but it does. SO, take our advice (please) take time, call them, get a table if you can, and spend the day OF the meal exercising because you'll need a healthy appetite. The food is amazing, the presentation is heavenly bistro style, and the sauces, flavors are spectacular. Can't recommend it enough. Just crazy.
Ate there April 17th. Couldn't have had a better meal anywhere. Duck confit appetizer, soup,horseradish crusted salmon and pan fried trigger fish.
